The problem
Maintenance requests arrived by phone, email and text. Nobody knew what was open, who was on it, or when tenants were last updated.
What we built
- Tenants submit requests with photos through a simple link.
- Requests are auto-assigned to vendors by trade and building.
- Tenants get automatic status texts, so the office gets fewer calls.
